Northside Assembly is a strong, faith-abiding and thriving church with programming for adults, youth, and children of all ages! We are in search of a strong, disciplined, yet compassionate Ordained Pastor with at least 4 years of previous lead pastoral experience in leadership and ministry. A minimum 4-year degree is required. A master’s degree is preferred. If you meet these qualifications, you are welcome to apply! General Position Overview
The lead pastor at Northside Assembly will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership, preaching and teaching the Word of God, and shepherding our congregation. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for Jesus Christ, a passion for ministry, and the ability to inspire and lead others.
Key Responsibilities
- Preaching and Teaching: Deliver biblically-based sermons that inspire and challenge the congregation.
- Spiritual Leadership: Provide vision and direction for the spiritual growth of the church.
- Pastoral Care: Offer pastoral counseling and support to individuals and families.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and develop church leaders and volunteers.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the local community and encourage outreach efforts.
